The mission of Plainfield Cable Television (PCTV-74), Plainfield, New Jersey's local origination access channel, is to
advance the ideals of participatory government and freedom of expression by ensuring that Plainfield's citizen's have access
to all electronic media and by promoting effective uses of the media.
